What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others are for tracking. We use the first kind.
What we use
- Session cookies. When you log in to your account, we set a cookie so the site knows it's still you as you move between pages. Without it, you'd be logged out on every click. It contains a random identifier, nothing about you, and it expires when you close your browser or when your session times out.
- Security cookies. We store a random token used to verify that forms were submitted from our own site, which protects your account from a class of attack called cross-site request forgery.
What we don't use
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party tracking scripts, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. If that changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
Third parties
If you pay by card, our payment provider may set its own cookies on its checkout page to process the payment securely and detect fraud. That happens on their page, under their policy.
Turning them off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block ours, you won't be able to log in to your account — everything else on the site will still work.
